This Filter replacement set is a simple and cost effective way to replace your AquaNano filter cartridges and sponge. The set includes the all you need at a 10% discount to our normal price.

Do not replace the complete filter at the same time but change one item every few days until all are swopped. This will allow bacteria from your old sponge and cartridges to move to the new ones and maintain your filtration.
